About me
I have over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing successful brand & content strategies for both start-ups and established companies.
As a photographer, writer and designer I am also skilled in creating and developing compelling content and creating engaging and effective brand experiences. I have a strong understanding of branding and visual design principles, which ensures a consistent brand identity across all company channels and platforms.
I speak three languages fluently and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. I have collaborated with multiple marketing and design teams to create engaging and effective brand identities as well as content- and communication strategies.
My work ethic
With a strong attention to detail and someone that is process focussed, I have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. I have worked in the brand, content and communication space for as long as I can remember. In South Africa as well as in Sweden.
I’ve spent time as a consultant, working with global brands like Scania, Husqvarna, Haägen-Dazs, Old El Paso, Green Giant and Suunto. There’s been time spent full-time in agencies, working with brands like Ericsson, ArjoHuntleigh and ASSA ABLOY.
Entrepreneur
As an entrepreneur I co-founded Beerbliotek in 2012, because I always dreamt of building my own brand. In the nine years since we founded Beerbliotek we have 10 employees, export to over 20 countries and have produced over 300 unique products.
In 2021 we opened our distillery, Wet City Spirits, because our first child had grown up and it was time to add a second brand. I have worked full-time for both companies for three years, and now that both companies are set up and in good shape, it is time for me to move on to new challenges.
Personally
Personally I like being outdoors, fly fishing, paddling in my canoe and spending time with my fiancé and my Jack Russel. I like to read and I often spend time alone recharging my batteries for the next challenge.
