Organic Aquavit
Drawing inspiration from Gothenburg’s coastline, “Kusten” is a modern twist on Swedish aquavit. Distilled and bottled by hand, it blends sugar kelp, caraway, and lingonberry with herbal undertones. The aroma is rich with citrus, butter, and a hint of aniseed, while the palate introduces a salty touch, toasted fennel, and refreshing citrus. This textured and vibrant aquavit is perfect for festive celebrations or as a unique addition to classic cocktails.
I designed the bottles with the artwork on the back showing through the bottle and liquid. The artwork is by local artist Josefin Andersson.
