The story
Supai is co-owned by the great Gothenburg chef Luis, and they focus on concept development in everything about food, catering and pop-ups in the Gothenburg area. They tailor catering to your wishes. As usual, everything is about taste, playfulness and because of their knowledge, it usually turns out to be quite a mouthful.
Supai asked me, whilst we were planning an event at my brewery, if I could shoot some photos of the food they were planning to make, so we could promote the event. The photographs were also to be used for their social media.
