The story
Bobek Citra is beer number five in the library of beers at Beerbliotek. It was first brewed back in 2013, and has since then gone through a variety of packaging and brand changes. It remains one of their customer’s favourite beers.
American Pale Ale
Gentle citrus. Balanced bitterness.
For this Pale Ale they use Styrian Bobek Hops from Slovenia and Citra Hops from the US. This combines the gentle citrus tones of European noble hops with the more in your face aromas of US high alpha Hops.
